  SHIPPIING ADDRESS NOTICE: We required your initial order to be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card or Pay Pal account holder. Shipments to other than the verified billing address on subsequent orders is at our discretion only. This is due to fraud prevention guidelines established by the card issuers. This includes orders paid using MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, Pay Pal and Google Payments.

South Harbor Services reserves the option to adjust any order which indicates a shipping address other than the billing address. We may choose to ship to a different address for exisiting customers in good standing, however, this would be done at our option only. An additional fee may be imposed for processing special requests.




• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, South Harbor Sports ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Additionally, South Harbor Sports ships merchandise to Canada and some European contries, but not necessarily to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Alpha Factor restricts shipping of their merchandise to US locations.




• International

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. We cannot estimate or accept responsibility for these charges. They are NOT included in our billing to you. Please do not ask us to misrepresent customs documents. Documents are accurately labeled based on the merchandise and pricing provided by us.
